The invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology, nephropathy and bio-chemistry, and can be used for evaluation of effectiveness of correction of disorders of blood circulation at background of development of ischemia of kidney parenchyma in experiment, with prediction of the following course of respective pathological states in experiment and in clinic as well. The method includes determination of the cortical layer of kidney parenchyma with experimentally simulated ischemia of activity of lysosomal canalicular enzyme β-galactosidase, where activity of β-galactosidase is determined after introduction to ischemic kidney of solution of basic factor of fibroblast growth, the result of the reaction of fermentation obtained is calculated by of raw tissue of core layer of kidney parenchyma and if equal activities of ferment are registered as higher compared to middle level in cortical layer of parenchyma of ischemic kidneys by 30 % and more, the effect of correction of disorder of blood circulation in kidneys is considered to be achieved. |
