A height and inclination adjustable manhole cover (1000) according to the present invention comprises: a cover base (100) having a vertical hollow therein; a cover unit (200) having a recessed groove (211), in which a manhole (10) is placed, formed on the upper end thereof; a support unit (200) including an insertion material (22) which is connected to the lower side of the cover unit (200) and which is inserted in the inner surface of the cover base (100) to adjust the height and inclination by having the lower part bent inwardly; and a wedge (300) which is inserted in between the inner surface of the cover base (100) and the outer surface of the insertion material (220) and which is tightened by an horizontal force when a vertical load, which is applied by the manhole (10) and a support unit (200), is divided into the horizontal force and a vertical force. |
