The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more particularly, to a method and apparatus for performing inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC) in the wireless communication system. According to the present invention, provided is a method for efficiently and rightly performing ICIC when there is ICIC information in time resource and frequency resource. The method comprises the steps of: determining whether to apply frequency resource ICIC information based on time resource ICIC information in a cell related to the ICIC; and clearly determining a resource location to which ICIC is applied.
