The present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for culturing a phalaenopsis, which contains an aspartic acid-alkylaspartic acid copolymer, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, boron, manganese, iron, zinc, copper and molybdenum for preventing a compaction of the fertilizer, and promotes a growth and florescence of a phalaenopsis leaf. The fertilizer composition reduces the compaction of the fertilizer, promotes the growth of phalaenopsis leaves, a development of mesophyll, and promotes an increase in spikes which improves the quality of the phalaenopsis, thereby being highly practical for industrial use.
