The present invention relates to a cartridge and an extruder for injection of a (semi-) liquid material for a 3D printer. According to the present invention, an extruder (2) equipped with a cartridge (3) is disposed above a frame (1). The position of the extruder (2) is controlled in left and right directions by an X-axial driving motor (4). A working plate (5) includes a Y-axial motor for controlling the position control in a Y axis with respect to the extruder (2), so that the position of the working plate (5) is controlled in front and back directions. The position of the working plate (5) is controlled in upper and lower directions by a Z-axial driving motor disposed below the frame (1). A printout is placed on the working plate (5). A portion of the top end of the cartridge (3) is filled with gas layers, and a lower portion of the portion is filled with a (semi-) liquid material. The extruder (2) sequentially extrudes starting from the gas layers filling the cartridge (3) to the (semi-) liquid material. At the time of ending the extrusion, the terminal end of the cartridge (3) and nozzles pass through the gas layers, so that residues do not remain in the cartridge (3), thereby eliminating troublesome for removing food residues. Meanwhile, a binding part or a sealing tap is provided at the top end of the cartridge (3), thereby maintaining the sealed state during the distribution procedure of food materials. |
