A unit for combined frying with electric contact heating consists of two dielectric plates, connected hingedly, forming hollows for arranging half-finished products during closing. To adjust the operating parameters of heating separate layers of a half-finished product, the electrodes of the electric contact heating are arranged vertically as regards to the heating plates.
