The invention relates to the preparation of grapheme nanolayered dichalcogenides of transition metals, comprising the mechanochemical treatment of microcrystal mixture of corresponding dichalcogenide of transition metal and solid chemically inert to it water-soluble splitter in ball mill at room temperature at rotation velocity of 300-600 r/min for 0.5-3 h., removal of solid inert water-soluble splitter by water, drying of the obtained nanostructured material at temperature of 100 °C, ultrasonic dispersion of dry nanostructured material in organic solvent for 1 hour and removal of admixture of multilayered particles from the obtained dispersion by centrifugation. |
