An electro-acoustic transducer comprises a cylindrical piezoelectric cell with two electrodes. A disk fixed on the low end of the cylindrical piezoelectric cell, a disk with a hole fixed on the upper end of the cylindrical piezoelectric cell and a metallic ring located in the hole of disk are introduced to the transducer.
