An electro-acoustic transducer comprises a bimorph piezoelectric cell comprising a membrane and a disk piezoelectric cell with electrodes. The bimorph piezoelectric cell is fixed in a housing with a hole. A hollow cylinder, a disk with a hole which fixed on the cylinder top, and a disk fixed on the cylinder butt are introduced to the transducer.
