The invention relates to the field of metallurgy. A centrifugal casting machine comprises a foundation, a mold with tapered and end seating surfaces, upper and lower support rings, plates, rubber-pneumatic and rubber shock absorbers located between the lower surfaces of plates and foundation, rubber-metal shock absorbers located on the perimeter of plates, systems of upper and lower rollers with symmetric two-armed levers connected with possibility of elastic displacement in the horizontal plane, rollers mounted in pairs on two-armed levers, axles of two-armed levers and rollers are provided with rubber-metal shock absorbers, in addition, the upper ring is provided with a transition insert, which is connected to the mold along conical, and to the ring – along end and cylindrical surfaces, wherein each of the machine rollers is provided with an individual system of noncirculating-flow lubrication with liquid lubricant oil, while the systems of noncirculating-flow lubrication are made in the roller bodies. The invention improves the reliability, durability and stability of the centrifugal machine, and improves product quality. |
