DEVICE FOR EVALUATION OF TRIBOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TRIBOELEMENTS

A device for evaluation of tribotechnical characteristics of triboelements comprises two kinematically independent drives. The lower roller rotates from stepping electric motor which stator is immovably fixed on torsion balance. The torsion balance through movable suspension of the outer shaft on two bearings with conical bearings to the inner shaft connected to the rotor through the bushing with dowel is connected by one geometrical axis to the shaft on which the specimen under investigation is fixed. The upper roller is brought into rotary motion from the second stepping motor that is fixed to the outer shaft, which is connected through the ring to counter-balances for turn of the shaft at replacement of the test specimen. The mounting seats of the test rollers are insulated from the device mass. Control of the stepping electric motors is performed by control unit programming.
