The present invention relates to a light emitting device including subpixels with different numbers of light emission layers. At least one subpixel with a first color includes a single light emission layer, and at least one subpixel with a second color includes multiple light emission layers which are vertically laminated. Also, the present invention relates to a light emitting device in which different voltages are applied to each subpixel or subpixel group. In some configurations, a voltage to be applied to a subpixel is selected based on the number of light emission layers in the subpixel. |
