Disclosed is an electrolysis apparatus, which has a cathode chamber and an anode chamber. The respective chambers include: an electrolytic bath, formed with an inlet and an outlet; a partition, installed to divide the electrolytic bath into the above cathode chamber and anode chamber; an anode electrode, of which at least one side is exposed to the anode chamber; and a cathode electrode, of which at least one side is exposed to the cathode chamber. The partition is an amphoteric ion film. |
