The present invention relates to a method for powder injection molding and, more specifically, to a method for powder injection molding for manufacturing molded parts in a half circular form or a cylindrical form, and a powder injection molded parts thereby. The method for powder injection molding comprises: a raw material mixing step for mixing raw material powder; a mulling step for mixing the raw material powder and a binder at constant temperature; an injecting step for injecting the raw material powder and the binder to an injection molding mold including a plastic insert having multiple protrusions in a grid form which is located in a semi-circular or cylindrical form mold, a mold core, and outside of the mold core; a degreasing step for removing the binder and the plastic insert by solvent-degreasing and hot-degreasing the injection molded parts created in the injecting step; and a sintering step for densifying the raw material powder due to diffusion by heating the injection molded parts at high temperatures after the degreasing step. Provided are a method for powder injection molding and a powder injection molded parts thereby which can extend a life of a mold by simplifying mold operation and minimizing wear of a mold core since the plastic insert indicating a form of injection molded parts is used as consumable supplies.
