The present invention relates to an anaerobic type microorganism culturing method using a culturing container of automatically controlling gas pressure. A purpose of the present invention is to provide an anaerobic type microorganism culturing method using a culturing container of automatically controlling gas pressure, in which, while a microorganism medium is put in a container capable of unidirectionally exhausting a microorganism fermentation gas to the outside and nutrients and water necessary for microorganism growth are put therein, culturing is conducted at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined period of time in the container, and then the corresponding container itself is transferred to a consumer, so that a large quantity of live microorganisms can be activated in the body upon the ingestion thereof. According to the present invention, external air cannot flow into the container from when the microorganism medium is put in the container at the initial time of culturing and the fermentation gas in the container is unidirectionally exhausted to the outside, and thus the present invention is very suitable in the culture and distribution of anaerobic microorganisms and achieve a very high survival rate of microorganisms and the significantly extended distribution period.
