Various communication units such as a mobile phone, a normal phone, and an internet phone are existed in the present and have call plans respectively. The internet phone having the low call plan are substantially disseminated lately. A user may use the internet phone on the move by installing an application in a smartphone. One man has various phone numbers. However, the user is difficult to remember the phone numbers of an opponent and to find out a route for a cheap call. The call plan can be changed by number movement. The call plan is difficult to be calculated. The present invention relates to a method and a device for automatically searching and connecting the route in which the cheapest call plan is provided between a caller and a receiver when the user makes a call. According to the present invention, the user may reduce costs because the user may make the call with the cheap call plan or a free service. The user may use various phone services even if a basic charge for each service is charged to the user.
