The protective device for a portable terminal according to the present invention comprises a glass window formed of a glass seated on one surface of the portable terminal and a glass case formed of a glass seated on the other surface of the portable terminal. The protective device for a portable terminal makes a feature of comprising a first peripheral protective unit seated along the boundary of the glass window and having an angle of zero or greater made by a horizontal line and a tangent line in touch with the surface of the glass window and a second peripheral protective unit having an angle of zero or greater made by the horizontal line and a tangent line in touch with the surface of the glass case.
