An objective of the present invention is to provide a wall finishing material using PLA and a manufacturing method thereof which: reduce disadvantages of TVOC by using a bio-degradable material extracted from plant resources; have three-dimensional effects by embossed patterns on a flat surface; does not cause environmental pollution when disposed; and are used for manufacturing wall papers etc.
