Provided are, stationary blades of a steam turbine and the steam turbine which are capable of reducing the erosion of a rotor, and which are capable of separating the water film on the surface of blades. Multiple slits having different widths, are installed on the surface of stationary blades. More specifically, the stationary blades of a steam turbine has a structure of a hollow space, penetrating the outer ring or the inner ring of a diaphragm, and are installed with multiple arrays of absorption slits elongated towards the direction of radius, on the surface of the rotor. The width of the slits is narrow, where the water film attached to the surface of the blades is thick, and wide, where the water film is thin. |
