The present invention relates to a device for crushing waste synthetic materials. A crushing device of the present invention can collect and recycle various waste synthetic materials including waste vinyl and waste clothes. The crushing device comprises: multiple crushing blades in which bites are coupled to multiple crushing rings; a hemispheric punched body which is formed at the lower portion of the crushing blades and has cut holes so that the rate in which waste synthetic materials are crushed is remarkably higher than existing devices and fine crushing can be performed to enable pellet production; and a chain transferring body which actively supplies the waste synthetic materials to enable stable crushing and have supply stability and prevents damage, breakdown, and overload by the operation even though metals are mixed with waste synthetic materials while being crushed.
