The present invention discloses monoclonal antibodies targeting region 2 of ICAM-1 protein, T cell-mediated immunological disorders treatment comprising the same, and a composition for prevention. The antibodies of the present invention induces antigen-specific T cell tolerance through differentiation regulation of DC cells so that it can be effectively used for autoimmune diseases, rejection of organs or tissues transplantation, and treatment or prevention of graft-versus-host disease.
