The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ZnO dye-sensitized solar cell having a triple hierarchical structure and a dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured using the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a ZnO dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a step of forming a ZnO nanowire by anodizing; a step of heat-treating the formed ZnO nanowire; and a step of performing electrochemical deposition on the heat-treated ZnO nanowire. A ZnO dye-sensitized solar cell using a triple hierarchical structure manufactured by the method described above is also provided. As the hierarchical ZnO nanostructures described above have a bigger surface area than a simple ZnO nanowire array, dye absorption and light-harvesting are increased and accordingly efficiency of the hierarchical ZnO dye-sensitized solar cell is expected to be enhanced. |
