In the present invention, data on inputted power amount is displayed by calculating the amount of generated hydrogen by time using volume markings of the amount of hydrogen generated while generating power. According to a control signal from a control unit which generates power from the amount of hydrogen and calculates the amount by time, the calculated amount of power is displayed for a user to easily identify through a display unit which is placed in the upper part of a device. In addition, since the volume of hydrogen or oxygen can be converted back to electricity through a hydrogen fuel cell having excellent conversion efficiency, using the portable power meter described above, it is possible to implement a self generation function capable of self-charging electricity necessary for measuring the amount of power without a battery. |
