The present invention refers to stable pharmaceutical compositions comprising a tablet-tablet system that consists in the compression of a tablet within another tablet with a biphasic delivery system of at least an analogue of (1R, 2R)-rel-2-[(dimethylamine) methyl]-1-(3 metoxifenil) cyclohexanol (Tramadol) and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or an analogue of 2-[2,6-dichlorophenyl)amine] benzeneacetic acid carboxymethyl ester (aceclofenac) and/or the stable pharmaceutical salts thereof contained in the tablet. Said compositions are useful for the control and/or prevention and/or treatment of acute and/or chronic pain as well as the acute and/or chronic inflammation.
