The block (1) has an elastic rigid backing formed by mixture of rubber. A rubber top layer is matched with a hard layer. Multiple layers are made of mixture of particles of waste rubber or rubber products, factis and mineral fillers (2) to form an accretive-surface material and formed to a bottom part of the block. Recesses (3) and rough portions or protrusions are provided in a lower part of the rubber paving block, where the block is made of mixture of plastic and elastic waste and residues of rubber. |
