A cataphoresis display device is disclosed. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cataphoresis display device capable of blocking current leakage generated in a power on reset (POR) circuit for resetting driving ICs on the initial drive and reducing power consumption. The cataphoresis display device according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a cataphoresis panel which is time divided into an image update section and an image retaining section to be driven and defines a plurality of pixels for displaying an image; and a data driving unit having at least one data driving IC for applying a data voltage to the pixels, wherein the data driving IC has a reset circuit for generating a reset signal to power-on the data driving IC, and a thin film transistor which is synchronized to a positive voltage or a gate high voltage and responds to a signal outputted by the reset circuit to provide a control signal of a circuit block. Therefore, the cataphoresis display device of the present invention applies, to the gate of the transistor connected to the POR circuit, the positive voltage rather than a power voltage, turns on the transistor in the image update section to drive a bias block and turns off the transistor in the following image retaining section, thereby preventing current leakage and reducing power consumption.
