To obtain the effect, the method includes a cutting step of cutting salted chicken meat into a certain size (ST 1); a batter dipping step of inserting the cut chicken meat in a batter mix to dip the chicken meat in the batter(ST 2); a breading step for coating the chicken meat dipped in the batter with flour uniformly (ST 3); a frying step of the chicken meat dipped in batter through the dipping step by using a fryer at 160~190°C (ST 4); a black sesame sauce combining step of combining a black sesame powder, starch syrup, refined sugar, thick soy sauce, vinegar, an undiluted lemon solution, and soybean oil (ST 5); and a black sesame sauce mixing step of mixing for coating the chicken meat with the combined black sesame sauce (ST 6).
