The present invention relates to an adapter with a voltage conversion function and a power connector having the same. The adapter with a voltage conversion function comprises: an adapter body including an insulating body, a first terminal disposed inside the insulating body, a second terminal disposed outside the insulating body, and a third terminal electrically connected to the first terminal; a voltage converting unit including an input end disposed in the adapter body and electrically connected to the third terminal, an output end electrically connected to the first terminal, and a voltage converting portion for changing the level of a voltage inputted through the input end and outputting the voltage to the output end; and an insulating housing having a cylindrical shape, covering the third terminal, and overlapping a part of the second terminal.
