The present invention relates to a roll-to-roll film processing system including: an unwinding apparatus which unwinds and provides treated films to be processed; a processing unit which processes the treated films provided from the unwinding apparatus; and a rewinding apparatus which rewinds the treated film processed in the processing unit. The roll-to-roll film processing system is capable of solving the problem of the treated film getting damaged between the unwinding apparatus and the rewinding apparatus by providing the treated film to be processed and winding the treated film after the process while maintain the film to be in the buffering state.
