The wheel (11) has a reinforcement wheel part (1) i.e. slit-and-tongue joint, comprising a rim (4), and another wheel part (6) assembled with the former wheel part to be used to as a reinforcement, which is contained in an interior volume delimited by the rim. The former wheel part has hollow-web branches (2) connecting the rim to a wheel hub element (3). The latter wheel part comprises another wheel hub element (7) and branches (8) projecting around the latter hub element toward the rim. The branches of the latter wheel part are positioned alternately with the branches of the former part. The latter wheel part is made from a lighter material, carbon or a carbon containing composite or Kevlar (RTM: para-aramid synthetic fiber).
