The device has independent interior plates (3) manually mounted along aluminum tubes, where the device comprises a self-fastening tape system (2). Bored notches are arranged over a length of the aluminum tubes with a constant distance. Grooves are formed over the length of the aluminum tubes besides the notches such that the interior plates slide upwards. The interior plates are arranged at fixed at a bottom part of a shopping trolley (1). A zipper (RTM: slide fastener) extends along a front face of the shopping trolley to allow broad and complete opening of the shopping trolley.
