<p>The cylinder has two bit shifters (6, 7) forming a driving element (8) adapted to attach a bit with an external rotor (1) under action of an actuation key (2). The shifters carry push rods (9, 10) adapted to cooperate with machining units of the key. The rotor comprises a stopper (13) that is placed across a key passage (3) and arranged in a notch (12) transverse on the passage. The stopper prevents the driving element from attaching the bit with the rotor in a low position. The key presents, on a top, a lifting notch for lifting the stopper to a high position.</p> |
