The food support (8) has two guiding elements (24,25) that are arranged in a rail-type receiver (11) for guiding the product support at a longitudinal side (28). The axes (26,27) of the guiding elements are arranged in the vertical direction at different heights. The guiding elements are fixed with the axes at a carrier plate (23). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for a food support; and (2) a method for moving a food support in a rail-type receiver.
