The present invention relates to a high efficient device for supplying dissolved oxygen, capable of multistage variable adjustment of the oxygen amount and the pump loading amount. The oxygen supply device of the present invention is able to increase the rate of oxygen dissolution and adjust the amount of load on a pump depending on the total output value. More specifically, the oxygen intake amount is provided by a venturi tube-type injector in a multistage variable type technique so that the loading amount depending on the output of the pump can be adjusted. A line mixer, a spin pipe, and a dissolving tank are formed on the line of a transferring pipe so that the rate of oxygen dissolution in circulating water can increase and oxygen bubbles (or primary dissolved solution) which are not dissolved completely can be recycled again to an oxygen intake hole of the injector before water is finally supplied to a water tank to be recirculated. Accordingly, device stability and operation exactitude in the device are better than existing devices.
