Disclosed are a device and a method for measuring the center of a lens in a camera module. The method for measuring the center of a lens in a camera module, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, includes a step of receiving a target image photographed by the camera module; a step of modeling a Gaussian distribution image; a step of generating error data, which is the difference between a pixel value of the target image and a pixel value of the Gaussian distribution image, on a center point and a plurality of pixels around the center point based on the center point of the target image; and a step of determining the center of the lens of the camera module by using the error data.
