The present invention relates to a clamp movable structure of a vision press, capable of improving the working efficiency by automating the back-and-forth movement, upward-and-downward movement, and clamping operation of a clamp, simplifying the aligning work by allowing the clamp to move slopingly for the aligning of PCB substrates, and preventing collision of the clamp with a mold through detection. More specifically, the clamp movable structure of a vision press comprises: a supplying plate on which PCB substrates are placed; an aligning table for aligning the PCB substrates; a clamping unit with which the PCB board is engaged and fixed for press cutting; a substrate transporting unit for the aligned PCB substrates to the clamping unit; upper and lower molds for press-cutting the PCB substrates; and a vision camera unit and a trigger signaling unit for reading the press-cut position of the PCB substrate and informing the transfer path of the clamping unit. A clamp moving part is movable in forward, backward, left, and right directions and is movable slopingly, thereby smoothly performing the aligning of the PCB substrates. |
