The seal has U-shaped main metal current loop (1) whose two branches are separated in a slit by a sectile insulator (2). A stopper (4) is attached to a cap (10) and detachable from an electronic board (5) by a secondary sectile current loop. A discrete device is placed in the cap of a case. The stopper comprises an identifier for radio frame frequency, information for opening and closing the device and information relating to a state of an autonomous power supply source (6), where the information are sent to the seal recurringly according to a predetermined periodicity.
