The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a lightening system comprising a body having a cavity with first to fourth inner sides; a first lead frame which is extended from the bottom of the cavity to the first inner side of the cavity; a second lead frame which is extended from the bottom of the cavity to the second inner side of the cavity; a gap unit which is positioned between the first lead frame and the second lead frame; a light emitting chip which is arranged on the first lead frame; a protective chip which is arranged on the second lead frame; a recess area which is convex from at least one of first to fourth inner sides to an outer side direction of the body; and a first wire which is connected to the protective chip and the second lead frame. A part of the first wire is arranged between the light emitting chip and the side of the recess area.
