The present invention relates to a compressor which prevents the relative rotation of a case of a suction check valve which selectively prevents the refrigerant flowing toward the compressor′s suction chamber against a base. The compressor is configured to include a rotation prevention means which prevents the relative rotation of the case and the base of the suction check valve to block the case of the suction check valve from rotating against the base of the suction check valve.
