The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lamp control apparatus for a vehicle, which comprises: an eye sensing unit which senses information on the eyes of a driver; a turning determining unit which determines the turning will of the driver based on the sensed information on the eyes; and a lamp control unit which selectively controls either a left lamp or a right lamp by corresponding to the determined turning will of the driver. Therefore, the lamp control apparatus for a vehicle can provide an advantageous effect of preventing unexpected accidents by turning on an auxiliary lamp before entering a curved road or an intersection for turning.
