The present invention relates to a working tower which grips a correction screw and performs as a work table for other external devices during a minimally invasive surgery operation. The working tower includes an outer tube, an inner tube which slides into the outer tube, a drive sleeve which is rotationally connected to the outer tube, is screw-fastened to the inner tube, and moves the inner tube up and down in a longitudinal direction during rotation, and a screw holder which is provided at the lower end of the inner tube, is opened by self-elasticity to accommodate the head unit of the correction screw when screw holder is drawn from the outer tube, and is contracted to fasten the head unit when screw holder is inserted into the outer tube. |
