The invention relates to a method for producing foodstuffs from fish skins, characterised in that it comprises the following phases: separating (1) the skins from the meat of the fish; preparing (2) the skins; cutting (3) the skins into a pre-determined size; introducing (4) said skins into an aqueous solution for a period of time of between 1 second and 10 minutes; drying (5) the skins; frying (6) the skins in any animal (L), vegetable (M) or synthetic (L) fat suitable for human consumption; cooling (7) the skins; and packaging (8) the skins. |
