The invention includes an injection mould (60) for producing a water-mark insert (20) with a multi-step injection-moulding relief (22) in a dewatering screen (10) provided with a recess (18), having a die (62), which serves as the upper injection mould part, and a relief mould (80), which serves as the lower injection mould part, wherein the injection mould (60) has an injection-moulding cavity (90), which is produced by a die cavity (66) arranged on the bottom side (64) of the die (62) and/or a relief mould cavity arranged on the top side of the relief mould, the die (62) has a die opening (70) on the top side (68) thereof for injecting plastic into the injection-moulding cavity (90), the relief mould (80) is provided on the top side (82) thereof with a multi-step water-mark relief (84) in the form of the inverted injection-moulding relief, and the die (62) and the relief mould (80), as the upper injection mould part and the lower injection mould part respectively, receive the dewatering screen (10) therebetween in the region of the recess (18), and in the process produce the injection-moulding cavity (90), which comprises the die cavity (66) and/or the relief mould cavity and the recess (18) of the dewatering screen (10) and is delimited, on the bottom side thereof, from the water-mark relief (84) of the relief mould (80), such that a water-mark insert (20) injected directly into the dewatering screen (10) and having the desired injection-moulding relief (22) is formed when plastic is injected into the injection-moulding cavity (90). |
