<p>Disclosed is a method for obtaining a single circulating tumour cell, comprising the steps as follows: a) enriching circulating tumour cells in the body fluid sample; b) recognizing the circulating tumour cells; c) separating a single circulating tumour cell. It is convenient for the subsequent detection and scientific research by independently separating the circulating tumour cells one by one in the body fluid sample.</p>
