PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which gives a support to a user to obtain a chance for an effective learning activity on noticing the need for learning by himself.SOLUTION: A growth support system 1 includes: a goal display part 2 which displays goals of a plurality of items for a user; an evaluation acceptance part 3 which accepts input of self-evaluation by the user for a plurality of periods, and relates and records a period and an item corresponding to the input self-evaluation in a self-evaluation recording part 6; and a presentation part 4 which accesses a learning activity recording part 8 where learning activity information including information representing a plurality of learning activities and a plurality of items corresponding to the learning activities is recorded, extracts information on a learning activity from the plurality of learning activities based upon information representing user's self-evaluation of each item and an item corresponding to the learning activity, and displays the information for the user.
