PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management server in which while convenience of a user of a viewing terminal is taken into consideration, schedule determination support directed to the user is performed.SOLUTION: A viewing history acquisition part 31 acquires a viewing history at a viewing terminal 2, a program information acquisition part 32 acquires program information; and a tolerance limit calculation part 33 calculates, while taking into these items into consideration, a tolerance limit on schedule preservation setting of a viewing user in each time zone in each date. A schedule acquisition part 34 receives, from a client, determined schedule, and schedule presentation part 35 presents, to a client terminal 4 side, a tolerance in each time zone in each date for which schedule is undetermined, whereby schedule determination support is executed. |
