PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove coke blocks existing at an oven port of a carbonization chamber safely in high efficiency.SOLUTION: A device 12 for removing clogged coke is mounted on the upper part of a guide car 23, which is moved on a track 11 arranged along the width direction of a coke oven and is used for guiding the coke discharged from a carbonization chamber 2 to a receiving container 9a of a coke receiving truck, and includes an elevating/lowering/horizontally moving mechanism 30 and a crusher 31 installed at the bottom end of the elevating/lowering/horizontally moving mechanism. The crusher is lowered by the elevating/lowering/horizontally moving mechanism so that the crusher faces the oven port and is abutted on lumpy coke near the oven port. The crusher crushes the lumpy coke G by transmitting vibration thereto. |
