PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact tool for punching two holes, which has great punching capability in comparison with a small push-down force.SOLUTION: A handle supporting point is positioned higher than a two-hole punch with a base of the same size. An angle made by a horizontal plane and a straight line connecting the handle supporting point and a handle tip on completion of push-down of a handle is almost equal to an angle made by the horizontal plane and the straight line connecting the handle supporting point and the handle tip at the start of the push-down of the handle. A movable range of the handle is wide. |
