PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like capable of eliminating the complexity of designation processing of tracking data without increasing the size of the tracking data.SOLUTION: A first plant control system 10 is a plant control system which is configured as a hot stand-by type duplex system by connecting two control devices 11A and 11B provided with a processor having a paging function in a data transmittable manner. The control devices 11A and 11B each have a process management unit 35 for updating information of a virtual memory for tracking, a memory management unit 36 for detecting in which area of the virtual memory for tracking writing is performed with reference to a page table, and updating information of a physical memory for tracking, and a tracking data transmission control unit 37 for extracting the page on which the occurrence of the writing is detected by the memory management unit 36, and handling the extracted data as tracking data. |
