PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detection device and a power steering device that are excellent in torque detection accuracy.SOLUTION: The torque detection device detecting torque to be transmitted from an input shaft to an output shaft comprises: a leaf spring part that connects the input shaft and the output shaft so as to elastically deform in a rotation direction of the input shaft and the output shaft and has a bending part protruding in a shaft line direction of the input shaft and the output shaft provided between a first part connected to the input shaft and a second part connected to the output shaft; and a detection part that detects a difference between rotation amounts of the input shaft and of the output shaft in a state where the input shaft and the output shaft are connected to each other by the leaf spring part. |
